Branding yourself, with your personal picture, on your landingpages, (squeeze pages) and even adding on personalized splash pages, banners and all promo materials is a smart action.

Marketing online involves chat rooms, skype rooms, blog posts, forums etc. etc. making getting to know you a whole lot easier when I can see your face. It makes decisions easier when it comes to joining you  that I can determine if you arethe individual that looks trustworthy to me.

Viewers generally don’t like to buy products off of pages with blank avatars.  It is a good way for the unknown to remain unkown. Your otherwise hot prospect might get the feeling you could be representing the  latest scam or fly-by-night scheme.

Setting up a gravatar Account Without WordPress

TIP:WordPress automatically creates a Gravatar for you. If you already have a WordPress account, this will show up when you're trying to create a Gravatar using the same email address as the WordPress account.
